LEONIDAS SECURITY is a Romanian private security company, with ex-military management.
Its name was inspired by the personality of Leonidas, the legendary King of Sparta.
Adrian – the founder and owner of the company – is a former officer, ex-rapid response group commander, Police Academy and post-university studies graduated and has a combined professional experience of +25 years. During his active military career in interventions sector, he was trained in counter-terrorism intervention tactics and dignitaries close protection by a worldwide known counter-terrorism unit (badge and certificate). He was also a paratrooper and trained military for Peace Keeping Operations (PKO), anti-riots and anti-criminality interventions and procedures and worked for sensitive summits.
In private sector, he was trained in close protection by an ex-SAS head instructor (UK) and by the Department of Diplomatic Security in diplomatic security procedures. In private security, Adrian worked in diplomatic security for a high-ranked Embassy, with state dignitaries, businessmen, celebrities (film, sport, music, fashion), major events, jeweleries, luxury hotels, private parties etc, in top European countries.

The main criteria of this recruitment have been the professional skills, work documents, foreign languages and fitness. Among them are gun permit holders, for the company’s armed tasks, with the authorization of the Police. The advantages of selecting this type of personnel are the professional skills and the security clearances.
